em three testimonials:
This is obviously just a selection of the plaudits that em three has received recently. Thanks to everyone on this page for their kind words of encouragement; believe me I need it. Obviously if you own a copy of em, and you don't think it's complete poo, drop me a line with your raving and make me go all funny inside. John Thawer:
"A work collegue of mine has just had some of his work published in Em-3. He showed me a copy.

Ric Harris:

Mike Hoy:
Hi Karl,
Many thanks for my copy of em 3. You should be very proud of it. The
production is terrific, very high quality but also unlike anything else
around. I am only about half way through the magazine -I like all the pieces
so far-to various degrees. I think my favourite so far is Matthew Firth's
piece but that may not be so next time round. All of the pieces are great
and unusual. I don't know where else I would get to read stuff like this.
I am similarly impressed by the CD-every one a winner. I am basically an old
time R&B man so J A Davis's ditty rings bells for me-I love it and all the
others are real winners. I hope em 3 sells out quickly and completely and
that demand is high enough for a reprint. I will certainly see if I can't
get some orders. You are doing a grand job. Many thanks Mike Hoy.
Alex:
Karl!
Wow, I got em III today, and I must say that exceded my expectations
completely! What an extrodinary collage of talent. The three of us are
honored to be a part of this great collection of art. We really would like
to thank you for putting us up with all those other great artists. I've
taken a particular shine to the music Sewerside and the two pieces by JD
Lennon.
Anyway, we're really grateful, Karl, and as soon as soon as I figure out
what £5 equates to and how to convert it, I'll be ordering several more
copies!
Take care,
ALEX
Matthew Firth:
Dear Karl,
It was with much pleasure that I opened the packet containing em
three today and gazed upon the contents. I've only had time to give
it a good flipping through but it looks great and I'm honoured to be
among the writers published. I hope the launch went well and that
all other efforts to promote the work are meeting with success. I'm taking off for a holiday
for a week to Canada's east coast and will pack em three; some
beach reading to help me relax.
Well done with it.
All the best,
Matthew
Emily:
Dear Karl,
Thanks for sending the book and CD - it's really excellent and I absolutely
love it. The standard of music (I haven't had a chance to read the book yet)
is really high and cool and it's so inspiring to read about the other
contributors and see how you've pulled it all together. I'm very impressed
and very proud to be part of it. I could go on but will spare you for now..
Thanks very much again - it's a gem and I'll be spreading the word,
Emily
Jules:
