This is Shidu, which translates as "ten bridges". Because if you approach by road, you have to cross the river ten times to get there. It's a spectacular area, geared towards outdoor recreation for the local Chinese. It was fairly shut when we arrived, as the roads were just barely passable (thanks to our stoic driver) and most people seemed more surprised than usual to see us.
